心理契约是指组织中每个成员和不同的管理者,在任何时候都存在的没有明文规定的一整套期望,是个人对自己与组织之间承诺的回报或相互义务的信念。心理契约是一种隐含的、内在的、不明显的但却客观存在的一种心理关系,它通过对双方心理相互责任的界定,把企业员工与企业有机地结合起来,对契约各方的行为进行规定和约束。在企业管理的实践中,大多数企业都是通过建立心理契约,拴心留人。
