[目的]探究无锡市地下水中铅、镉、铜和铍的浓度。[方法]用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定4个水质标准物质[铅:GSB 07-1183-2000(201226);镉:GSB 07-1185-2000(201424);铜:GSB 07-1182-2000(201123);铍:GSB 07-1178-2000(204605)]和12个地下水样品(样品1~12)的铅、镉、铜和铍浓度。[结果]标准样品的测定结果表明,该仪器的精密度和准确度均符合要求,可以用来测定地下水中的铅、镉、铜和铍浓度。抽取的12个样品的测定结果表明,无锡市地下水中铅、镉、铜和铍的浓度均符合要求,未受到污染。[结论]该方法的检出限、精密度、准确度和样品的回收率均能满足地下水的检测要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the concentrations of lead, cadmium, copper and beryllium in groundwater in Wuxi City. [Method] Determination of four water quality standards by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry [Lead: GSB 07-1183-2000 (201226); Cadmium: GSB 07-1185-2000 (201424); Copper: GSB 07-1182-2000 201123); beryllium: GSB 07-1178-2000 (204605)] and the concentrations of lead, cadmium, copper and beryllium in 12 groundwater samples (samples 1 to 12). [Result] The results of the standard samples showed that the precision and accuracy of the instrument meet the requirements and can be used to determine the concentration of lead, cadmium, copper and beryllium in groundwater. The results of the determination of 12 samples showed that the concentrations of lead, cadmium, copper and beryllium in groundwater of Wuxi meet the requirements and were not polluted. [Conclusion] The method of detection limit, precision, accuracy and sample recovery can meet the detection requirements of groundwater.
