本文作者采用免疫金银染色方法,在艾氏腹水癌及S180两类移植瘤生长的不同时期原位观察了瘤组织内纤维连结蛋白(FN)的分布。结果显示:具有高度浸润能力的两类肿瘤细胞在体内生长不同时期均可表现出较强的FN阳性反应。本观察也显示邻近肿瘤的间质中存在着丰富的纤维连接蛋白,并且随着肿瘤的生长、浸润,FN的含量亦相应增多。另外,该实验中电镜证实血管增生活跃时,肿瘤间质中出现了较多FN
The authors used immunogold-silver staining to observe the distribution of fibronectin (FN) in the tumor tissue in situ during different stages of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma and S180 tumors. The results showed that the two types of tumor cells with high invasive ability can show strong FN positive reaction at different growth periods in vivo. This observation also showed that there is abundant fibronectin in the interstitial tissue adjacent to the tumor, and as the tumor grows and infiltrates, the content of FN increases accordingly. In addition, when electron microscopy confirmed that the angiogenesis was active, more FN appeared in the tumor stroma.
