砖砌体裂缝不仅种类繁多,形态各异,而且较为普遍,轻微者影响建筑物美观,造成渗漏水,严重者降低建筑结构的承载力、刚度、稳定和整体性、耐久性,甚至还会导致建筑物整体倒塌的重大质量安全事故。因此应及时,正确分析裂缝形成的原因、并切实加以防治。本文结合笔者多年建筑工程施工实践,论述了小型空心砌块房屋建筑容易产生裂缝的原因,并对砌块房屋的温度变形和收缩变形产生的原因进行了具体分析阐述;对砌块房屋的温度变形和收缩变形的计算方法及砌块房屋变形裂缝具体的防治措施进行了深入探讨和总结。
