平潭岛所在区域是我国东南沿海具有代表性意义的海岛强风区,常年受大风气候影响严重。采用CFD方法对平潭岛不考虑建筑和植被的地形条件下的风环境进行模拟分析,选取全年最具代表性意义的风向风速参数进行模拟计算,分别得出全岛风环境分布图,分析模拟结果得出结论:(1)夏季有利风和冬季不利风作用下岛上风环境截然不同,城市规划须考虑;(2)最强风出现在主要山脉的山脊,风速等级极其危险;(3)部分乡镇风速常年过大,应加以治理;(4)三大风口是防风的重点,同时是风力资源集中分布的地区。
The area where Pingtan Island is located is a strong island area on the southeastern coast of China, which is heavily affected by the gale climate all the year round. The CFD method is used to simulate the wind environment under topographical conditions of Pingtan Island without consideration of buildings and vegetation. The most representative wind direction and wind speed parameters of the year are selected for simulation calculation, and the wind environment distribution map of the whole island is derived and analyzed The simulation results show that: (1) the typhoon wind environment is very different under favorable winds in summer and unfavorable winds in winter, and urban planning should be considered; (2) the strongest winds appear on the ridges of the main mountains and the wind speed levels are extremely dangerous; (3) Part of the township wind speed perennial too large, should be dealt with; (4) The three tuyeres are the focus of wind protection, while the wind resource concentrated areas.
