英语四、六级统考在实践中有利有弊,鉴于此,提出以下几点建议: 一、摆正强化训练与正常教学的关系 在保证正常教学的情况下,穿插于四级教学过程中,使之起到辅助教学,变语言知识为语言能力之作用。我们应该帮助学生顺利通过四级,利用四、六级统考的积极效应,促进英语教学,但不能本末倒置。各地教育部门应严格把关,不允许中断四级教学,进行长时间的强化训练。学生也不允许提前报考四级。 二、进一步改进和完善各项题目设计
