首次合成了一系列不同Cr/Al 比、高层间距(2.4~1.9nm)的混合金属复合物柱羟基铬铝交联蒙托土(CrAl-CLM)。借助XRD、ESR、IR、UV-DRS等手段考察了Cr/Al 比等合成条件对交联产物结构的影响,同时考察其对1,2,4-三甲苯的转化性能。实验结果表明,柱化溶液中Cr/Al 比对CrAl-CLM 的结构有很大影响。当Cr/Al<1时。复合氧化物柱上Cr 与Al 之间存在着较强的相互作用,Cr的分散度大。当Cr/Al≥1时,复合氧化物柱呈现氧化铬的性质。焙烧后生成α-Cr_2O_3。CrAl-CLM 具有良好的1,2,4-三甲苯转化性能,Cr 的引入增加了歧化选择性。
For the first time, a series of CrAl-CLM hybrid materials with different Cr / Al ratio and high spacing (2.4 ~ 1.9nm) were synthesized. The effects of synthesis conditions such as Cr / Al ratio on the cross-linked product structure were investigated by means of XRD, ESR, IR and UV-DRS. The conversion of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene was also investigated. The experimental results show that the Cr / Al ratio of columnar solution has a great influence on the structure of CrAl-CLM. When Cr / Al <1. There is a strong interaction between Cr and Al on the composite oxide column, and the Cr dispersion is large. When Cr / Al ≧ 1, the composite oxide column exhibits the property of chromium oxide. After firing, α-Cr 2 O 3 is generated. CrAl-CLM has good 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene conversion properties, the introduction of Cr increased disproportionation selectivity.
