目的从临床角度探讨细胞外液Ca2+含量在脑梗塞病人急性期的变化,以阐明细胞内Ca2+在缺血性损害中的作用。方法应用原子吸收分光光度分析法对脑梗塞急性期病人血浆和脑脊液Ca2+、Mg2+含量进行检测,并以阑尾炎病人作对照。结果病人组血浆Ca2+、Mg2+含量分别为2.0790±0.2620mmol/L和0.6303±0.0835mmol/L;脑脊液Ca2+、Mg2+含量分别为1.0445±0.1421mmol/L和0.9843±0.2843mmol/L。病人组血浆Ca2+、Mg2+含量低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),脑脊液Ca2+、Mg2+含量明显低于对照组,差异有极显著意义(P<0.001)。结论脑梗塞急性期血浆和脑脊液Ca2+、Mg2+含量较对照组降低,以脑脊液改变更明显。
Objective To investigate the changes of extracellular Ca2 + content in acute stage of cerebral infarction from a clinical point of view in order to clarify the role of intracellular Ca2 + in ischemic damage. Methods The contents of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with acute cerebral infarction were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The appendicitis patients were used as control. Results The contents of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in plasma of patients were 2.0790 ± 0.2620mmol / L and 0.6303 ± 0.0835mmol / L, respectively. The contents of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in cerebrospinal fluid were 1.0445 ± 0.1421mmol / L and 0.9843 ± 0.2843 mmol / L. The levels of plasma Ca2 + and Mg2 + in patients were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in cerebrospinal fluid were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.001). Conclusions The content of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in acute stage of cerebral infarction is lower than that in control group, and the change of cerebrospinal fluid is more obvious.
