1.工程机械的热平衡(1)发热源工程机械在运行中会产生热量,其发热源主要有3种:一是柴油机燃烧系产生的热源;二是液压传动和其他传动系的运动副在运行中产生摩擦热;三是液压油在液压系统内流动产生的压力能转化为热量,散发到液压油和机件中。此外,在有太阳辐射的场合作业,还要承受太阳的辐射热,其作业环境温度可达37~60℃。
