学术活动中的合作现象屡见不鲜,但对于合作作者间的权利与义务,目前法律尚无明确界定,以至于在发生一些侵权行为时,有关部门进行处理时无据可依.本文就合作作者的构成、相互间的责任及造成侵权的归责原则及责任分担问题进行了探讨,以期为解决类似纠纷提供依据.
