发展了称为“时事分级识别”的新计数法,用于铁路轮轨接触力的循环计数。每1条循环载荷信息在读入软件时,就被分级和比较识别计数。方法考虑了载荷的多维多点偶合协调功能,可揭示材料的非线性循环变形特征,克服了现有方法无法处理大规模数据的困难。通过分析先锋号广-深线轮轨接触力-时间历程数据,验证了方法的有效性,并揭示出真实的线路载荷谱较常规谱复杂。
A new counting method known as “hierarchical classification of current events” was developed for the cyclic counting of rail wheel-rail contact forces. Each cycle load information is read into the software, it is graded and compared to identify the count. The method takes into account the multi-dimensional and multi-point coupling coordination function of load, which can reveal the nonlinear cyclic deformation characteristics of materials and overcome the difficulty of the existing methods in handling large-scale data. By analyzing the Pioneer-Guang-Shen deep-rail wheel-rail contact force-time history data, the validity of the method is verified and the real line load spectrum is revealed to be more complex than the conventional spectrum.
