研究了钛酸锶铅基陶瓷的等温烧结动力学.结果表明,在1130℃等温烧结过程中,致密化与重排过程及扩散控制的溶解-沉淀过程紧密相关.烧结初期的致密化过程主要与粒子的重排有关,烧结中期的致密化机理主要为扩散控制的溶解-沉淀过程.SEM分析表明,烧结初期坯体中局部区域有较多的液相,随着烧结时间的增长,其分布趋于均匀,此时粒子的重排对致密化有较大的贡献.烧结时间为360min时出现了晶粒异常生长.HREM分析表明,晶界有液相存在.
The isothermal sintering kinetics of strontium titanate-based ceramics was studied. The results show that during the isothermal sintering at 1130 ℃, the densification is closely related to the rearrangement process and the diffusion-controlled dissolution-precipitation process. The initial densification process is mainly related to the rearrangement of particles. The densification mechanism in the middle of sintering is dominated by diffusion-controlled dissolution-precipitation process. The SEM analysis shows that there are more liquid phases in the local area of the green body during sintering, and the distribution becomes more uniform with the increase of the sintering time. The rearrangement of the particles has a greater contribution to densification. Abnormal growth of grain occurred when the sintering time was 360 min. HREM analysis shows that the grain boundary exists in the liquid phase.
