采用中频感应真空熔炼炉制备Al-Fe合金,并借助扫描电镜及能谱等对合金组织及粉化原因进行分析。结果表明,随着Ti含量的增加,Al-Fe合金中晶粒得到细化,组织更加致密,有效地防止了合金的粉化。
The Al-Fe alloy was prepared by IF induction melting furnace. The microstructure and the cause of pulverization were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The results show that with the increase of Ti content, the grains in Al-Fe alloy are refined and the microstructure is more compact, which effectively prevents the powdering of the alloy.
