自HXN_5型机车投入我段运用以来,出现了各类控制方面的问题,尤以空压机故障出现的最频繁。对近几年我段HXN_5机车出现的空压机故障的分析,并结合自动控制理论进行研究,重点剖析故障原因及提出解决措施。通过对控制系统中容错控制技术运用的调查,得出容错控制技术可以有效避免闭环系统的上述弊端,降低空压机故障率。
Since the HXN-5 locomotive put into use in my segment, there have been various types of control problems, especially the most frequent air compressor failures. In the last few years I HXN_5 motorcycle locomotive air compressor failure analysis, combined with the theory of automatic control research, focusing on the analysis of the causes of failure and propose solutions. Through the investigation of the application of fault-tolerant control technology in control system, it is concluded that fault-tolerant control technology can effectively avoid the above disadvantages of closed-loop system and reduce the failure rate of air compressor.
