检查人体蠕形螨的方法很多,各有其优缺点,也影响着检出率。近年用透明胶带法,检出螨阳性率高,并可定量,也便于统一使用。本研究证实此观点,以供参考。 材料和方法 于本院检查皮肤正常的大学生5个班,年龄18～20岁。采用透明胶带长3cm,宽2cm(6cm~2),晚上睡前每人贴于鼻尖及颊上部(一侧)两处,次日晨起床后轻轻揭下,平贴于载玻片上,收回用低倍镜顺序检查,不漏视野。共检查211人,男115人,女96人。
