新疆野生樱桃李及栽培品种果肉中17种元素含量ICP-MS法测定(英文)

比较紫色,红色和黄色三种新疆野生樱桃李及栽培品种果肉中无机元素的含量,样品采用微波消解方法进行前处理,ICP-MS法检测其中K,Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Be,Li,Se,Sr,Cr,Pb,Cd,As,Hg等17种元素。该检测方法快速简便,精密度高且具有较高的灵敏度,17种元素的加标回收率在93.5%~110.4%。分析结果表明紫色,红色和黄色三种新疆野生樱桃李及栽培品种果肉中的17种元素含量均较为接近,均含有极为丰富的K元素,含量高达1‰左右,Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Mn均为含量较高的金属元素且含量依次降低,Cu,Zn,Li,Se,Sr,Cr也有一定含量,Pb,Cd,As,Hg等有害元素含量极低或未检出。实验结果为研究新疆野生樱桃李与栽培品种果肉中微量元素含量提供参考数据。 The contents of inorganic elements in the flesh of three varieties of wild cherry plum and cultivars of purple, red and yellow were compared. The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion. The content of K, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn, Cu , 17 elements including Zn, Be, Li, Se, Sr, Cr, Pb, Cd, As and Hg. The detection method is rapid, simple, high precision and high sensitivity, and the recoveries of the 17 elements are in the range of 93.5% -110.4%. The results showed that the contents of 17 elements in purple, red and yellow Xinjiang wild cherry plum cultivars and cultivars were all close and both contained extremely rich K elements with the content up to about 1 ‰ Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn are high content of metal elements and the content decreases in turn, Cu, Zn, Li, Se, Sr, Cr also have a certain content, Pb, Cd, As, Hg and other harmful elements content is very low or undetected. Experimental results provide reference data for studying the content of trace elements in flesh of wild cherry plum and cultivars in Xinjiang.
