处于中学时期的青少年,在身心两方面都得到了快速成长。因此,他们往往会对自身产生浓厚的兴趣,常常会有意无意地问自己“我到底是怎样一个人”这样的问题。这时期的青少年,在心理学上被称为继儿童期之后的“第二自我发现期”。心理学研究认为,自我意识的发展在个性的形成中有着极其重要的地位。一个人的情感、行为甚至才能,往往与自我认识和态度有着密切的关系,过高或过低地认识和评价自己,不仅会影响个性的健全发展,也会由此带来心理问题。
Adolescents in secondary school have experienced rapid growth in both physical and mental terms. Therefore, they tend to have a strong interest in themselves, often consciously or unconsciously asked themselves “I am exactly what kind of person ” issue. Adolescents in this period are psychologically referred to as “second self-discovery” after childhood. Psychological studies believe that the development of self-awareness in the formation of personality has an extremely important position. A person’s emotion, behavior or even ability, often with self-awareness and attitudes have a close relationship, too high or too low to recognize and evaluate themselves, not only will affect the sound development of personality, but also bring about psychological problems.
