目的探讨海南黎族人群血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)基因多态性与高血压之间的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性检测高血压组与对照组之间的ACE2基因G8790A多态性,并推测ACE2基因多态性与高血压的发病关系。结果高血压组与对照组比较,男性高血压组有显著性差异(P<0.05),女性在基因表型及基因频率上组间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ACE2基因G8790A多态性位点与海南黎族男性人群高血压的发生有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) gene polymorphism and hypertension in Hainan Li population. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the G8790A polymorphism of ACE2 gene between hypertensive group and control group. The relationship between ACE2 gene polymorphism and the incidence of hypertension was also estimated. Results Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between the hypertensive group and the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in gene phenotype and gene frequency (P> 0.05). Conclusion The G8790A polymorphism of ACE2 gene is associated with the occurrence of hypertension in male Li population of Hainan.
