采用靶线法测试了6~17MPa奥克托今基复合改性双基推进剂(HMX-CMDB)的燃速,通过调节不同种类燃烧催化剂组合(铅盐、铜盐和炭黑)研究了催化剂对HMX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响;通过调节不同降速剂的含量,研究了降速剂对HMX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,采用Φ-Pb、Sa-Cu和CB-1的催化剂组合,对推进剂燃速提高的催化效果最明显,15MPa下的燃速达到21.80mm/s;采用St-Pb、β-Cu和CB-2的催化剂组合,对抑制推进剂燃速提高效果较好,15MPa下燃速仅为9.43mm/s。通过加入降速剂,可以有效地降低HMX-CMDB推进剂的燃速,降速剂甘油三醋酸酯(TA)具有相对更好的降低燃速效果;蔗糖八醋酸酯(SOA)则具有更好的降低燃速压强指数效果。
The target line method was used to test the burning rate of HMX-CMDB with 6 ~ 17MPa. The catalyst (lead salt, copper salt and carbon black) was studied by adjusting different kinds of combustion catalyst combinations On the combustion performance of HMX-CMDB propellants. The effect of decelerators on the combustion performance of HMX-CMDB propellants was studied by adjusting the content of different decelerators. The results show that the catalytic effect of increasing the burning rate of propellant is the most obvious with the catalyst combination of Φ-Pb, Sa-Cu and CB-1, and the burning rate reaches 21.80mm / s at 15MPa. St-Pb and β-Cu And CB-2 catalyst combination, to suppress the propellant to improve the burning rate is better, 15MPa burning rate of only 9.43mm / s. By adding the decelerator, the burning rate of the HMX-CMDB propellant can be effectively reduced. The decelerator triglyceride (TA) has a relatively better burning rate reduction effect. The sucrose octaacetate (SOA) Reduce the burning rate pressure index effect.
