由于传统的“重男轻女”思想的影响,已婚女工在从事自己职业的时候,往往需要承担比男性更大的家庭事业冲突带来的压力,如何处理好事业和家庭的矛盾冲突,是已婚女工普遍遇到的一个困惑。作为用工方的企业,如何在这种冲突中扮演好自己的角色,尽力稀释已婚女工遇到的这种冲突力量,这是一个值得研究的问题。
Due to the influence of the traditional “patriarchal” thinking, when married women and workers engage in their own careers, they often have to bear the pressure of greater family career conflicts than men and how to handle the contradictions and conflicts between their careers and their families.
