贵刊今年第35期,有一组大篇幅文章谈到了国企改革的问题,触动了我的心灵。据我所知,我国中小型国企改革,现状可分为四种情况：一是改革成功的,给国家、企业、职工都带来了利益,得到了职工群众的积极支持,企业发展充满生机。二是“简单买断”的,在简单补偿职工之后,给企业和社会都留下了严重的“后道症”。三是一大批中小型国有企业被迫倒闭,职工身份没有了断,却只能自谋生路。四是职工和领导在如何改革的问题上相持不下,改革无法正常进行。 Your 35th issue of this year’s issue, a large length of articles about the reform of state-owned enterprises, touched my heart.
