贵刊今年第35期,有一组大篇幅文章谈到了国企改革的问题,触动了我的心灵。据我所知,我国中小型国企改革,现状可分为四种情况:一是改革成功的,给国家、企业、职工都带来了利益,得到了职工群众的积极支持,企业发展充满生机。二是“简单买断”的,在简单补偿职工之后,给企业和社会都留下了严重的“后道症”。三是一大批中小型国有企业被迫倒闭,职工身份没有了断,却只能自谋生路。四是职工和领导在如何改革的问题上相持不下,改革无法正常进行。
Your 35th issue of this year’s issue, a large length of articles about the reform of state-owned enterprises, touched my heart. As far as I know, the current situation of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in our country can be divided into four situations: First, the success of the reform has brought benefits to the country, enterprises and workers; it has been actively supported by the workers and staff and the enterprise is full of vitality. Second, it is “simple buyout.” After simply compensating employees, it has left a serious “aftermath” to both businesses and society. Third, a large number of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises were forced to go bankrupt and their employees’ status was not broken. However, they only managed to make their own living. Fourth, the workers and the leadership on how to reform the issue of stalemate, the reform can not be normal.
