视网膜分支静脉阻塞、糖尿病性视网膜病变等,严重时常可引起玻璃体积血,视力骤降,甚至失明,我科应用视网膜冷冻术进行治疗,效果较满意,特报导如下: 资料和方法一、一般资料: 1、年龄与性别:年龄48～65岁,平均58岁。其中男8例,女4例,共12例。 2、病例选择:视网膜分支静脉阻塞9例、糖尿病性视网膜病变Ⅳ期3例,其中7例为二次以上的反复性出血,均经3个月以上观察,仍不能窥清眼底。 3、术前视力:眼前手动者6例、0.02者2例、0.04者4例。 4、分支静脉阻塞部位的判定,5例是根据出血前眼
