本实验对非致病镰刀菌Fusariumoxysporum菌株47号(简称FO47)对番茄枯萎病的生物防治效果进行了初步研究。通过对峙培养和多孔细胞培养板测试以及室内盆栽试验表明,FO47在对峙培养平板上对番茄枯萎病菌无拮抗作用;施用FO47的最佳时机是番茄播种至子叶平展期,最佳施用浓度为105~108分生孢子/毫升(简写为cfu·ml-1),防效为63.6%;结果还表明FO47液体培养的过滤液能有效抑制番茄枯萎病菌孢子的萌发,抑制萌发率为81.7%。
In this experiment, the biological control effect of non-pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum strain 47 (FO47) on tomato Fusarium wilt was studied. Confrontation culture and porous cell culture plate test and indoor pot experiment showed that FO47 had no antagonistic effect on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. fusiforme in confrontation culture plate; the best time to apply FO47 was sowing tomato until the cotyledon spreading period, the best application concentration was 105 ~ 108 conidia / ml (abbreviated as cfu · ml-1), the control effect was 63.6%. The results also showed that the FO47 liquid culture filtrate could effectively inhibit the spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum, inhibiting the germination rate to be 81.7%.
