本文通过对精神分裂症61例患者血浆超微弱发光及血细胞化学发光等多方面的观察和研究,证实了患者血浆超微弱发光水平较正常对照组(41人)显著增高(P<0.0.1),揭示患者血浆脂质过氧化异常升高,且似伴症变化。8例电休克患者治疗后其血浆超微弱发光水平较治疗前明显减低(P<0.05),ATP含量亦呈减低趋势。不同用药组中性粒细胞(PMNL)化学发光亦不尽相同,其中以氯氮平组减低最甚,用正常组合血浆调理后的该组患者较自身血浆调理的发光水平为高。说明氧代谢在精神分裂症病因学成其生化病理学的研究中有着重要意义。
