本文选择乙烯环氧化反应工业实例,依据多相催化反应的基本原理和固定床列管反应器拟均相二维数学模型,运用物料和热量衡算,建立了利用MATLAB软件求解复杂的二维偏微分方程的方法,得到了不同工艺条件下固定床列管反应器反应床层中不同位置径向温度和反应组分浓度沿轴向位置的分布数据。结果表明:MATLAB软件求解的拟均相固定床列管反应器二维数学模型的数据与乙烯环氧化反应现行的工艺条件契合度较高。这种利用MATLAB软件辅助求解复杂数学模型的方法,既扩大了MATLAB的应用范围,也为工业数据的模拟优化提供了新的思路。
Based on the basic principle of heterogeneous catalytic reaction and quasi-homogeneous two-dimensional mathematical model of fixed-bed tube reactor, this paper chooses ethylene epoxidation industrial example, and calculates the complex two-dimensional Partial differential equations, the distribution data of axial temperature and reaction component concentration in different positions in the reaction bed of fixed-bed tube reactor under different process conditions were obtained. The results show that the data of two-dimensional mathematical model of quasi-homogeneous fixed-bed tube reactor solved by MATLAB software is in good agreement with the current process conditions of ethylene epoxidation reaction. This method of using MATLAB software to help solve complex mathematical models not only expands the application range of MATLAB, but also provides a new idea for the simulation and optimization of industrial data.
