中职学生比完全中学的学生较早踏足社会,而他们的责任意识相对淡薄。对中职学生进行社会责任感的培养迫在眉睫。目前,很多学校在德育工作中一般都用说教的方式来培养学生的社会责任感,效果都不明显。而体验式教育就能从根本上解决这一问题。它注重受教育者亲历过程,要求受教育者用“心”去感悟,引导他们在感悟中把教育要求内化为品质,外显为行为。对受教育者来说,是一种融知、情、意、行为一体的整合学习。
Secondary vocational students set foot in the community earlier than full secondary students, and their sense of responsibility is relatively weak. The training of secondary vocational students in social responsibility is imminent. At present, many schools generally use preaching methods to cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility in moral education work, the effect is not obvious. Experiential education can fundamentally solve this problem. It pays attention to the process of being educated, and requires educators to use “heart” to sentiment, and guide them to comprehend the inner requirements of education into quality, explicit behavior. For educators, it is a kind of integrated learning that integrates information, emotion, intention and behavior.
