One night in Xi’an, I had an appointment to talk to a principal and asked him about his school’s experience in teaching, but by that time the principal did not rush back for a meeting. Coincidentally, ran into the school principal Zhang Fu, when I explained what he wanted, he said with a sense of humor: the teaching of the school I know very poor, really worthy of a failed principals, but I can Talk about the objective reasons for doing nothing. First, there will be more work and more work in the center. From August 15, 1955, I was transferred to the province to work on the center until February 28, 1956. This time leaving school for a full six months and ten days, of course, not to mention the school work. The crux of the problem is that there is not enough time to teach even during school days - because you have to go out and go out for a variety of meetings. For example, from the day I returned to school on February 28 in the first half of the year to the end of the semester, I spent 35 days going out for meetings all day (not counting half a day). There will be Provincial Education and Trade Union Committees, Party Representatives, Capitalist Industrial and Commercial Transformation Conferences, Agricultural Cooperation Conferences, and Municipal Supervision Work Conferences, and so on. This is just what I can recall today, I still can not remember it.
