铁磁材料的磁畴不连续运动产生声发射,该类声发射与材材的磁滞伸缩效应有关,称之谓磁声发射(Ma gnetomecnical AeoustiC Emission),简称MAE。磁声发射作为无损检测的方法,较之于x射线,声表面法等有其突出的优点,C成为正在发展的一项新技术。本文主要研究含碳量不同的铁钢材料和含镍量不同的铁镍合金的磁声发射特征,讨论磁声发射对磁场和材料的化学成分、应力状态、塑性变形、微观结构的依赖关系,并根据声发射和铁磁学理论提出了磁声发射产生的机制模型,对实验结果作了较详细地分析。
The discontinuous movement of ferromagnetic materials generates acoustic emission, which is related to the hysteresis telescoping effect of the material. It is called MAE (Magneto Acoustic Emission). Magnetoacoustic emission as a non-destructive testing method, compared with x-ray, surface acoustic method has its outstanding advantages, C has become a new technology is being developed. In this paper, we mainly study the magnetoacoustic emission characteristics of iron-steel materials with different carbon contents and nickel-iron alloys with different contents of nickel, and discuss the dependence of magneto-acoustic emission on the magnetic field, the chemical composition of the material, the stress state, the plastic deformation and the microstructure. According to the theory of acoustic emission and ferromagnetism, the mechanism model of magneto-acoustic emission is proposed, and the experimental results are analyzed in detail.
