儿童少年喜爱模仿,教他们做一些模拟动作的练习,能激发孩子练习的兴趣和积极性,既可达到锻炼身体,增强体质的目的,又能使他们学到有关知识。一、象行练习目的:发展柔韧性和协调性。预备姿势:弯腰、两臂伸直,两手放在地上,两膝充分伸展。练习方法,同时移动右臀和右腿作为一步,然后同时移动左臂和左腿,大步前进(图1)。
Children and adolescents like to imitate and teach them to do some simulated exercises, which can stimulate the children’s interest and enthusiasm for practice, which can not only achieve the purpose of exercising, strengthening the constitution but also enabling them to acquire relevant knowledge. First, as the line practice purposes: the development of flexibility and coordination. Preparatory position: bend over, arms straight, hands on the ground, two knees fully extended. Practice the method by moving the right buttocks and the right leg simultaneously as one step, then simultaneously moving the left and left legs and striding forward (Figure 1).
