传授学生知识与技能是教师的本职工作。所以很多教师的教学方法是控制学生思想,使得学生都处于被动状态。但是爱因斯坦曾经说过“兴趣是最好的老师”。从我们心理学的角度来看,兴趣被认为是一种心理特征,在它的影响下会产生的一种积极探究某种事物或从事某种活动的意识倾向。由于人们对感兴趣的事物,就会主动地去研究它,不但不把它当成负担,而且会废寝忘食的去做。所以兴趣是推动人去寻求知识的动力。 To teach students knowledge and skills is the teacher’s own work.
