本文分析了锉板锻造和热处理的多种工艺方案后认为,作为锉板材料的GCr15钢是白点敏感性的钢种之一?采用钢锭锻造后的毛坯厚度在38毫米以上时,须要采用专门的锻造热规范。此外还得出如下结论:1.在采用H-75作淬火加热设备时,950℃是最合适的加热炉温,加热时间可按0.7分/毫米左右计算;2.淬火冷却时间,20—30℃水中冷却120秒完全足够,但应及时进行油冷;3.减少大型零件破裂危险性的基本措施是a.降温淬火;b.及时回火,减少淬火和回火的间隔时间;c.采用二次回火的工艺;4.返修的锉板一定要进行高温回火,对于大型零件,在300℃以下,加热速度不宜大于150℃/小时。附图15幅,表1个,参考文献5篇。
