以小型的本科新闻学专业为样本,评估新媒体融合课程的团队教学模式。在这个模式中,教师的合作程度依课程标准和目标而定。与需要掌握高级的跨平台学习、知识整合及多种技能的二年级学生相比,《基础新闻学》课的一年级学生从低水平的合作中获益更多。我们认为,团队教学和讲授媒体融合是同步的;但是,一个成功的专业取决于行政支持,取决于教师通过媒体平台合作和学习新技能与新知识的意愿。
Take a small undergraduate journalism major as a sample to assess the team’s teaching model for a new media convergence course. In this model, the degree of teacher cooperation depends on the course standard and the goal. First-year students in Basic Journalism benefit more from low-level collaborations than second-year students who require advanced cross-platform learning, knowledge integration, and multiple skills. We believe teamwork and teaching of media convergence are synchronized; however, a successful major depends on administrative support, depending on teachers’ willingness to cooperate and learn new skills and knowledge through a media platform.
