公司事业部管理模式在经过了10多年的试点后,于1998年开始在公司全面推广。为了推动和完善事业部体制,公司企协于1998年12月召开了公司事业部制交流研讨会。炼化部和涤纶部介绍了事业部实施情况,总结了经验,提出了尚需完善的问题。会上还就事业部作为一种管理模式的发生发展的历史,事业部管理体制的本质和特点,作了介绍。现刊交流研讨会的三篇发言,供广大读者研究讨论。公司总经理陆益平把完善事业部体制作为1999年的重要工作之一,我们希望大家一同来讨论,如何进一步完善公司的事业部体制,更好地发挥管理的效益。
After more than 10 years of pilot projects, the company’s business management model began to be fully promoted in the company in 1998.
