研究输配分开电力市场中供电公司的最优报价策略问题。供电公司在构造报价策略时,未来的市场信息是不完全的,在此情形下采取的报价策略带有一定的风险。针对供电公司参与购电竞争的“不对称电价”情形,在假设市场交易采用分段报价规则的基础上,构造了考虑风险管理的供电公司最优报价策略的随机优化模型,应用基因算法结合Monte-Carlo模拟法求解。最后,用仿真结果数据说明了该报价策略模型的有效性。
Research on the optimal bidding strategy of power supply company in transmission and distribution of separated power market.
