目的:测定大肠肿瘤细胞DNA及RNA的含量,观察其与疾病的关系。方法:采用流式细胞计方法对63例不同性质的大肠肿瘤细胞DNA及RNA含量进行了定量研究,其中28例为大肠良性肿瘤,35例为大肠癌。结果:大肠良性肿瘤的异倍体率为43%,大肠癌的异倍体率为80.0%。以“标准RI”及“标准RI”为指标判断大肠肿瘤性质的准确性较“异倍性”为高,且双指标同时应用高于任一单项指标,对大肠良恶性肿瘤诊断的准确率分别为92.9%和94.3%。结论:“标准DI”和“标准RI”是判断大肠肿瘤性质的理想指标。
Objective: To determine the DNA and RNA contents of colorectal tumor cells and observe their relationship with disease. Methods: The flow cytometry method was used to quantitatively study the DNA and RNA contents of 63 different colorectal tumor cells. Among them, 28 were colorectal benign tumors and 35 were colorectal cancers. Results: The heteroploid rate of benign colorectal tumor was 43%, and the heteroploid rate of colorectal cancer was 80.0%. The accuracy of “standard RI” and “standard RI” as indicators for judging colorectal tumors was higher than that of “exotic ploidy,” and the double-marker was applied at the same time higher than any single index. The accuracy of the diagnosis of colorectal cancer was evaluated separately. It is 92.9% and 94.3%. Conclusion: “Standard DI” and “Standard RI” are ideal indicators for judging the nature of colorectal tumors.
