近年来，随着药物的更新，临床上一些药物的配伍在《药物配伍禁忌表》中查不到。在临床护理工作中，发现甘草酸二铵注射液（以下简称甘利欣）与冠心宁注射液（以下简称冠心宁）存在配伍禁忌，现报告如下：
