以海外港口为载体建设海上战略支点,宏观上有利于从全球视角实现海外港口建设布局,微观上有利于落实到海外港口的投资建设层面。海上战略支点港的主要建设模式有合资模式、并购模式、长期租赁模式和特许经营模式等,应根据不同模式的特点,规避其政策法律风险和一般法律风险,实现海上战略支点相关制度的完善。
The construction of offshore strategic fulcrum by using overseas ports as a carrier will help to realize the construction and layout of overseas ports from a global perspective and will be beneficial to the investment construction of overseas ports at a micro level.
