在人类历史发展的宏观视野中,存在着"习俗型信任"、"契约型信任"和"合作型信任"三种类型的信任模型,与此相对应,政府信任关系似乎也可以从三个层面来考察,即习俗型政府信任、契约型政府信任的和合作型政府信任.而对于当今中国社会而言,哪一种政府信任关系在更多地主导政府与公民之间信任关系的格局呢?在采用多阶段抽样法,以南京市为例对政府与公民之间的信任关系进行实证调查的基础上,可以对当前三种类型的政府信任尤其是合作型政府信任的现状与特点,进行分析和探讨,并进而通过方差分析、多元回归分析等方法剖析影响合作型政府信任成长的深层原因,探寻构建合作型政府信任关系的可行性途径.
