前几天,跟一个六十来岁的老头儿打了一会儿网球。以他的年龄而言,身手堪称矫健,动作虽然不是如何标准与优美,倒也中规中矩,一看就是经过专业教练的训导,全然不像那些野路子打出来的老头儿。老头儿告诉了我一个惊人的事实,他退休这一年,足足减掉了30斤。这个老头儿退休生活十分丰富,一三五学习打网球,二四六下海游泳,还抽空跟一群老太太踢踢毽子,周末去爬爬山。在这样高强度的运动下,昔日那些饭局堆积的赘肉就不翼而飞了。
