目的:探讨血浆因素对Coulter Maxm血细胞分析仪白细胞分类的影响及消除方法。方法:实验组100例,为重度黄疸、高脂血症、肾病及部分恶性肿瘤病人;对照组50例为健康体检的正常人。分别将样本作除去血浆前后用Coulter Maxm血细胞分析仪测定和显微镜下分类计数。结果:(1)实验组有 58例分类失败, 42例与对照组结果比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。(2)实验组样本离心除去血浆后用 Coulter Maxm血细胞分析仪测定结果,与除去血浆前后显微镜下分类计数结果差异无显著性意义(P>0.05). (3)对照组样本除去血浆前后测定结果差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:血浆(化学成分)因素能直接影响CoultetMaxm血细胞分析仪白细胞分类的质量,离心除去血浆补充等量原装稀释液是一种比较有效的消除方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of plasma factors on the classification of leucocytes on the Coulter Maxm hematology analyzer and to eliminate them. METHODS: 100 patients in the experimental group were severe jaundice, hyperlipidemia, nephropathy, and some malignant tumors. Fifty patients in the control group were healthy subjects. Samples were taken before and after removal of plasma and measured with a Coulter Maxm Hematology Analyzer and counted under a microscope. Results: (1) 58 cases in the experimental group failed to classify, 42 cases had significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.01). (2) The samples in the experimental group were centrifuged to remove the plasma, and the results were measured by Coulter Maxm hematology analyzer. There was no significant difference between the results before and after removing the plasma and the counts under the microscope (P>0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in the results of the control group before and after plasma removal (P>0.05). Conclusion: Plasma (chemical composition) factors can directly affect the quality of leukocyte sorting on the CoultetMaxm Hematology Analyzer. It is a more effective elimination method to remove the plasma equivalent volume of the original diluent.
