目的研究铅离子对苯基荧光酮-Triton X-100体系的荧光猝灭特性,建立基于子体铅的氡无辐射危害荧光猝灭检测新方法。方法用0.2%HAc溶液采集氡辐射的子体铅。在Tris-HAc缓冲介质中,Pb~(2+)与PF形成配位物,经非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100敏化,体系发生灵敏的荧光猝灭效应,ΔF与Pb~(2+)浓度呈良好的线性关系,与氡的辐射强度之间具有良好的数学定量关系。据此,建立氡的荧光猝灭检测新方法。结果 Pb~(2+)浓度为1.44 ng/ml~300 ng/ml时,铅离子-苯基荧光酮-Triton X-100体系ΔF与ρ之间呈现良好的线性关系,标准曲线的回归方程为ΔF=8.78ρ+82.02,相关系数(r)=0.999 1,检出限为0.43 ng/ml。氡辐射强度[D,×10~3(Bq·h)/m~3]为8.76、17.90、56.49、66.38时,氡样品测定溶液的ΔF值与D值之间呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为ΔF=10.37D+365.25,r=0.990 6。结论本方法灵敏、准确,操作简单,在无辐射危害的条件下可检测放射性气体氡。
OBJECTIVE To study the fluorescence quenching characteristics of Pb (Ⅱ) -Phenylfluorone-Triton X-100 system and to establish a new radionuclide quenching detection method based on lead-free radon. Methods The daughter of radon radiation was collected with 0.2% HAc solution. In Tris-HAc buffer medium, Pb 2+ and PF form a ligand, sensitized by non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100, the system has a sensitive fluorescence quenching effect, △ F and Pb ~ (2+ ) Concentration showed a good linear relationship with radon radiation intensity has a good mathematical relationship between the quantitative. Based on this, a new fluorescence quenching detection method for radon was established. Results When Pb 2+ concentration was 1.44 ng / ml ~ 300 ng / ml, there was a good linear relationship between ΔF and ρ in lead-phenylfluorone-Triton X-100 system. The regression equation of standard curve was ΔF = 8.78ρ + 82.02, correlation coefficient (r) = 0.999 1, and the detection limit was 0.43 ng / ml. The radon radiation intensity [D, × 10 ~ 3 (Bq · h) / m ~ 3] was 8.76, 17.90, 56.49 and 66.38, respectively, showing a good linear relationship between the ΔF value and the D value of the radon sample solution. ΔF = 10.37D + 365.25, r = 0.990 6. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and easy to operate. Radon can be detected in the absence of radiation.
