利用XAD-4憎水性吸附树脂循环吹气法采集茉莉头香,以毛细管气相色谱双柱保留指数和GC/MS/DS联用方法鉴定头香的化学成分,并以嗅觉鉴定出其中主要赋香成分。共分离鉴定了43种化合物,其中绝大多数是含氧化合物。包括醇(醚)类20种(57.4%),酯类12种(30.8%),酮(醛)类7种(1.1%),含氮化合物3种(0.3%),和一种分子量为128的化合物(0.95%)。并将我们对于福州茉莉头香的分析结果与朱亮锋等对广州茉莉头香的分析结果进行了详细对比。
The jasmine head incense was collected by XAD-4 hydrophobic adsorption resin circulating blowing method. The chemical constituents of the head incense were identified by GC-MS / DS double capillary column retention index, and the main fragrances were identified by olfaction ingredient. A total of 43 compounds were isolated and identified, the vast majority of which were oxygenates. Including 20 species (57.4%) of alcohols (ether), 12 species (30.8%) of esters, 7 species of ketones (1.1%), 3 species of nitrogenous compounds (0.3%), and a molecular weight of 128 Of compound (0.95%).
