为了提高汽车的制动稳定性、缩短制动距离,本文将自寻最优控制应用到防抱死制动系统中,设计了ABS自寻最优控制器,提出了ABS控制器模拟实验的新方法。建立了模拟实验系统,设计了轮速信号检测和电磁阀驱动电路,编制了自寻最优控制算法流程,进行了仿真和实验。仿真及实验结果均表明ABS自寻最优控制器能预期实现防抱死的控制。该模拟实验为ABS控制器的研究提供了一种经济、有效的实验方法。
In order to improve the braking stability of the vehicle and shorten the braking distance, the optimal control of self-search is applied to the anti-lock brake system. ABS self-seeking optimal controller is designed and a new ABS controller simulation experiment is proposed method. The simulation experiment system is established, the signal detection of wheel speed and the drive circuit of solenoid valve are designed, the flow of self-search optimal control algorithm is programmed, and the simulation and experiment are carried out. Simulation and experimental results show that ABS self-seeking optimal controller can be expected to achieve anti-lock control. The simulation experiment provides an economical and effective experimental method for the research of ABS controller.
