从对柔性制造系统(Flexible Manufacture System,FMS)各种物流运输装置特点分析出发,指出有轨小车更适合于目前我国零件加工的柔性制造系统。结合实例,分析了大尺寸重型工件在运输、存储、交换时存在的技术难点,讨论了工件质量、规格、运行速度等因素对有轨小车结构设计的影响,详细介绍了重载物流有轨小车的组成和机械系统结构设计。实际应用结果表明,该结构满足了大重型精密箱体类零件加工FMS的需求。
Based on the analysis of various characteristics of FMS (Flexible Manufacture System) logistics transportation equipment, it is pointed out that the rail car is more suitable for the current flexible manufacturing system of parts processing in our country. Combining with practical examples, the technical difficulties in the transportation, storage and exchange of large-size heavy-duty workpieces are analyzed. The influences of workpiece quality, specification and operating speed on the structure design of railcar are discussed.
