目的:对昭通产天麻Gastrodia elata Blume的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,并运用现代波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:从天麻中分离纯化得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:对羟基苯甲醇(1)、对羟基苯甲醛(2)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(3)、4,4’-二羟基二苄基醚(4)、4-羟苄基-4’-羟基-3’-(4″-羟苄基)苄基醚(5)、对乙氧基苄醇(6)、对甲氧基苄醇(7)、二(3,4-二羟基苯基)甲烷(8)、4,4’-二羟基二苯基甲烷(9)、2,4-二-(4’-羟苄基)苯酚(10)、4-(甲氧甲基)苯-1,2-二酚(11)、对甲基苯-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(12)、N6-(4’-羟苄基)-腺苷(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)。结论:其中,化合物6~8、11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Gastrodia elata Blume from Zhaotong Gastrodia elata Blume. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were identified by modern spectroscopy. RESULTS: Fourteen compounds were isolated and purified from Gastrodia elata Blume. The compounds were identified as p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol (1), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2), 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde Hydroxybenzyl alcohol (4), 4-hydroxybenzyl-4’-hydroxy-3’- (4’-hydroxybenzyl) benzyl ether (5), p- (7), bis (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) methane (8), 4,4’- dihydroxydiphenylmethane (9), 2,4- (11), p-methylbenzene-1-O-β-D-glucopyranose (12), N6- (4’-hydroxybenzyl) -adenosine (13) and β-sitosterol (14) .Conclusion: Among them, compounds 6-8,11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
