2006年春天开始,“俄罗斯文化年”及“意大利文化年”分别在北京及上海、广州等大城市的文化舞台上拉开帷幕,对俄罗斯古典艺术,中国艺术界和热爱艺术的观众始终怀有特殊感情。有机会面对深沉诗意的俄罗斯经典油画原作,感受其永恒魅力确实是一次难得的享受。本期编者约请中国美术馆的钱岗南先生撰文,就特列恰科夫画廊及此次展览的重点“巡回展览画派”之间的特殊关系及此次展览的意义进行介绍,以助读者更好地观看和理解此次展览上的作品。意大利文化年的美术展览项目较多,意大利当代著名画家桑德罗·特劳蒂的个展是其中之一,本期王端延的文章较详细地介绍了这位艺术家自由快乐风格的艺术创作历程。
