为了研究板束角变化对激光甲烷传感器检测精度的影响,采用浓度为2.00%的标准气体作为待测气体,设计18次实验,对不同板束角下激光甲烷传感器的检测误差进行了测定,经过数据分析发现,板束角在5°~75°区间时,激光甲烷传感器的测定误差具有下降趋势,板束角在89°~90°区间时,传感器测定误差具有上升趋势;板束角在75°~80°区间时,传感器测定误差最低,维持在0.04%。
In order to study the influence of plate beam angle on the detection accuracy of laser methane sensor, a standard gas with a concentration of 2.00% was used as the gas to be measured and 18 experiments were designed. The detection errors of the laser methane sensor under different beam angles were measured. The data analysis shows that when the beam angle is in the range of 5 ° ~ 75 °, the measurement error of the laser methane sensor has a downward trend. When the beam beam angle is in the range of 89 ° ~ 90 °, the error of the sensor measurement has an upward trend; ° ~ 80 ° interval, the sensor measured the lowest error, remained at 0.04%.
