为了研究某隧道工程中使用的掘进机滚刀的异常失效原因,选择2种典型失效形式的刀具刀圈进行失效分析。对比分析了2种刀圈的化学成分、力学性能、显微组织及表面磨损机制,结果发现:2种刀圈各元素的含量差别不大,基本都在规定范围内;1号刀圈硬度普遍偏低,显微组织相对较差,磨损以显微切削去除机制为主,切削槽深而宽,导致其磨损异常严重;2号刀圈靠近刃部的硬度比芯部的硬度低,这是导致刀具崩刃的主要原因之一。最后从刀圈地质适应性设计以及刀圈热处理工艺的角度,提出缓解刀圈失效的方法,为类似隧道工程施工提供参考。
In order to study the cause of abnormal failure of the roadheading hob used in a tunnel project, two kinds of typical failure modes were selected for failure analysis. Finally, from the angle of geologic adaptability design of knives circle and heat treatment technology of cutter ring, a method of relieving cutter ring failure is put forward to provide reference for similar tunneling construction.
