2013年,日本知识产权战略本部在总结战略实施经验的基础上推出《知识产权政策展望》,从宏观和微观详细安排了今后十年日本知识产权战略及相关具体政策的发展方向。主要内容涵盖构建全球知识产权制度体系,加强产业竞争力;支援中小科技型企业强化知识产权管理;做好回应数字网络社会的环境建设;增强以内容产业为中心的软实力等。 In 2013, Japan’s Intellectual Property Strategy Division launched the “Intellectual Property Policy Outlook” based on its experience in implementing the strategy, and detailed the development direction of Japan’s IP strategy and related specific policies from the macro and micro levels in detail. The main content covers the construction of a global system of intellectual property systems to enhance industrial competitiveness; support for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises to strengthen intellectual property management; do a good job in response to the construction of the digital network environment; enhance the soft focus on the content industry.
