采用激光加热基座(LHPG)法,用两束CO2激光加热生长YVO4晶纤。源棒直接由Y2O3-V2O5粉末压制、烧结制成。生长的晶纤开始一段是长约5-10mm的浅黄色单晶,随着是灰黑色多晶。X射线结构分析表明,晶纤是YVO4化合物,但含有少量Y8V2O17第二相微粒。文中讨论了生长的YVO4晶纤中形成多晶段的原因。
The laser heating base (LHPG) method was used to grow YVO4 crystal fiber with two CO2 laser. The source rod is directly pressed and sintered by Y2O3-V2O5 powder. The growing crystal begins with a pale yellow single crystal about 5-10 mm long, with a gray-black polycrystal. X-ray structural analysis shows that the YAG fiber is a YVO4 compound but contains a small amount of Y8V2O17 second phase particles. This paper discusses the reason for the formation of polycrystalline segments in growing YVO4 fibers.
